I talk to Grok a lot lately - mostly in the car driving to collect the kids from training or running errands. Sometimes it's focused on the news, other times on learning or helping me to solve the days most pressing problems.

Today, I asked for some inspiration and this gem came through from Coach K. It's hard not getting caught up in the wins and losses, the games that are close but you just miss for something outside of your control.

Keep the focus on what you can control - raising that excellence bar higher every day.
