Game 5 is a few hours away, and the C’s look poised to win this one at home. Is anyone else enthralled by the masterclass that coach Joe Mazzulla is putting on in the Finals? To manage this roster and to not allow Jason Kidd to mess with their heads by proclaiming anyone other that Jayson Tatum as their best player.

Player Spotlights

A few shouts this week to players who are putting up top performances. Ethan Henkelman, of Rain or Shine in the Alberta based Crush It league - putting up double doubles on a weekly basis. Check out his highlights here: Ethan’s highlights.

Also, a shout to Mason Johnson, of The Benchwarmers. Entering his third season in Scottsdale, Arizona’s Ultimate Hoops League, Mason has been a dominant force in the desert. The 6’6” former Emory University star is averaging 29 points per game and 13.8 rebounds and 6.6 assists during the Spring season. Check out his highlights here: Mason’s highlights.

Joe Cantey, of the Concord, New Hampshire based Capital City League has been on a tear recently. Coming off a Triple Double this week, he’s still averaging an incredible 37.2 point and 10.4 rebounds per game for the first place Lynx Nation. Check out Joe’s highlights. Well done Joe!

Happy Fathers Day

To all you dad’s out there… we hope that your Sunday was full of joy and that someone took the time to get you a pair of these Girl Dad Nike Kobe 4 Protros. These would be an ultimate gift to yourself, if they didn’t come through for you.

Position-less Basketball is all around us

The concept of position-less basketball continues to gain traction, with teams focusing on versatile players who can perform multiple roles on the court. This trend emphasizes fluidity, with players like Giannis Antetokounmpo, Luka Dončić, and LeBron James serving as prime examples of this style. Lebron has started games in every position on the floor. Players are becoming more skillful and the game continues to be quicker with fewer half court sets.
